Terms & Pilot Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Cleverpaws website at https://cleverpaws.ai and participation in the Founding Groomer Pilot. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Content on this site is for general information and does not create a contractual relationship except where expressly stated.
2. Founding Groomer Pilot
- The pilot is offered at $149/month for the first 3 months, with no setup fee for selected shops.
- You may cancel the pilot at any time on written notice.
- We may decline applications or end the pilot at our discretion (for example, if it isn’t a good fit).
- Pricing, features, and availability after the initial 3 months may change. We’ll discuss any changes with you before they take effect.
3. AI assistance and human oversight
- Cleverpaws is an AI-assisted front-desk tool. Like any software, it can make mistakes — including misunderstanding callers, mis-booking appointments, or escalating incorrectly.
- You configure which services Cleverpaws may book directly and which situations should be escalated. You remain responsible for reviewing policies, pricing, and final appointment accuracy.
- Human oversight is recommended, especially during onboarding and the first weeks of operation.
4. Customer communication and compliance
Depending on your configuration, Cleverpaws may handle calls and SMS messages on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules — including call-recording consent, SMS opt-in/opt-out, and data protection — in your jurisdiction. We can help you understand best practices, but you remain the controller of your customer data and the operator of your business.
5. Data use for product improvement
We may use de-identified, aggregated, and operational data to improve the service, including model performance, escalation logic, and SMS templates. We will not sell your data.
6. No guarantees
While we work hard to help shops capture more bookings, we make no guarantee of recovered revenue, reduced no-shows, or any specific outcome. Cleverpaws does not replace your team and is intended to assist your existing operations.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleverpaws will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or service.
